Feeling Tired All the Time? Maybe You Need Body Cleansing
We clean our houses to make sure it’s a pleasant place to live in. We also clean our appliances to make sure that they work efficiently. It makes sense then that we should also take time for body cleansing.
Modern bodies are filled with so much waste. We may all look great on the outside, but inside our bodies are filled with stuff that we either don’t need or stuff that inhibits us from achieving the health we deserve. And unless we take time for some body cleansing, these stuff will remain in our bodies and may even cause long-term damage.
What are these wastes in our systems that require from us some body cleansing?
Let’s look at refined sugar as an example. Almost all the food that we eat today— most commercial pastry, bread, cereal and fruit drinks— have some refined sugar in them in one form or another. We even add refined sugar in our coffee. Refined sugar is a body cleansing enemy.
The problem with refined sugar is that it does nothing except pollute our bloodstream. When you have high glucose content in your blood, you are more prone to various health conditions. You need some body cleansing to lower the amount of sugar in your body.
An all-meat diet can also cause a lot of waste material to get stuck in our bodies. While protein is generally good for our system, it also needs to be balanced with the vitamins and minerals that are in many fruits and vegetables. More so, lack of fiber in our diets can affect our natural body cleansing activities. This is because an all-meat diet is not conducive to colon health.
You can begin body cleansing by detoxifying your body with natural cleansers. For starters, always make sure that you drink plenty of water. Water is natural for body cleansing because every time water travels our body, it takes waste along with it for excretion.
Body cleansing can also be helped by eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. Particularly go for healthy citruses for that extra dosage of vitamin Cs. Eat lots of green and leafy vegetables too. Fruits and vegetables are naturals at body cleansing.
Lastly, steer clear of most junk foods like soda, chips and other products made with tons of preservatives and artificial flavorings. And avoid fried food as much as you can! If you must eat something fried, make sure it’s cooked with healthy oil such as virgin olive oil. While delicious, junk food and oil do nothing for your body.
Other good resources that you have to check out along with body cleansing article are cure acne and cholesterol LDL.
