Feeling Tired and Sickly? It’s Time for Body Cleanse
Our bodies are waste baskets. It’s true, so you need body cleanse regularly. In our daily activities we collect the world’s toxins and garbage and we never throw it out. And you can tell when your body is not clean on the inside. You feel heavy and irritable. You find most things daunting and tiresome. And there is this unease wherein you seem to always want to be doing something else but you can’t.
When you’re experiencing these symptoms, then it’s time for a body cleanse.
What are the ways that you can go about a body cleanse?
One of the most basic ways towards a body cleanse is making sure that all of your body’s natural waste management systems are in good healthy condition. These systems include your colon and your kidney. When you know that your body is capable of body cleanse on its own, then you know you have less to worry about pollutants and carcinogens in the air we breathe and the food we eat.
What is a great colon cleansing regimen towards a body cleanse? It starts with changing your diet. If you are always taking meat, especially relatively harder meats like pork and beef, then you are not doing your colon a favor. These hard meats are hard to digest and thus your body will have to strain harder to get their waste material out. And if you’re particularly in love with pork or beef innards such as tripe, then your colon really has its work cut out for it.
To make sure your colon can contribute to your body cleanse, drink lots of fluids. Also, add a lot of fiber in your body. You can do this by eating a lot of green leafy vegetables like cabbages and lettuces. Certain fruits like pineapple are also rich in fiber. And if you can’t incorporate fibrous foods in your diet, at least get a fiber supplement. Fiber supplements such as psyllium is an effective way to body cleanse.
As mentioned, a healthy colon is not enough to get a thorough body cleanse. You also need to have a healthy kidney too. Our kidneys filter our bodies of toxins and help release it through urination. If you don’t have a healthy kidney, all the toxins will remain in your blood stream.
At present there are many natural health supplements geared towards supporting your kidneys. These supplements would help ensure that your body can get a good body cleanse. Active ingredients in kidney health supplements include diuretics like green tea, juniper and peppermint.
